Elected in December 2024, Mr. Kumail RIZVI, Vice President of Ethics, Governance, and Compliance for "The Pickleball World Federation" ("The PWF"), originates from Eastern Pakistan. His diverse background spans strategy development, business expansion, and industrial project execution, with significant experience in Special Economic Zones (SEZ) development, automotive component manufacturing, and large-scale property management. Mr. Rizvi's ability to drive impactful initiatives is rooted in his experience working with government agencies, international organizations (including USAID, DFID, and GIZ), and private sector enterprises. This experience has cultivated his proficiency in cross-functional management, regulatory frameworks, and international collaborations. At The PWF, Mr. Rizvi leverages this expertise to ensure pickleball's global growth adheres to the highest standards of integrity, inclusivity, and compliance. His work is instrumental in establishing pickleball as a structured and professionally managed sport, particularly in Pakistan, where he utilizes his extensive experience in government liaison, contract execution, and policy development. Mr. Rizvi's strategic approach to sports infrastructure development and governance is informed by his involvement in large-scale economic projects, including SEZ planning, attracting international investments, and fostering public-private partnerships.
