Ms Patience MUTUMWA is a dynamic leader in global sports administration, serving as Vice President of Solidarity and Legacy for "The Pickleball World Federation" ("The PWF"). In this role, she spearheads the development and advancement of pickleball worldwide. A seasoned professional with a Master's Degree in Sports Management and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Ms Mutumwa's expertise is further strengthened by diplomas in Personnel Management and Secretarial Studies, along with certifications in Sports Management, Sports Science, and Sports Administration. Her practical experience extends to the field as a trained netball coach and athletics official. Ms Mutumwa's career evolved from a lifelong involvement in sports to a dedicated focus on sports administration, where she has made significant contributions. She currently holds a Secretary General position in the Zimbabwe Women's Premier Soccer League (ZWPSL) and works with youth in sports administration at a university. A passionate advocate for women in sports, Ms. Mutumwa actively coaches and mentors girls and women, empowering them through athletic development. Her extensive involvement in university sports and football has honed her strategic management and training skills, which she now applies to pickleball. To further enhance her capabilities, she is a part-time tutor at a local university. Ms Mutumwa is committed to leveraging her diverse expertise to drive the growth of pickleball across Zimbabwe, Africa, and the world. She believes strongly in the sport's inclusivity, recognizing its appeal to all ages and its potential for both recreational and competitive success.
