Anil K. Sharma has an impressive sports career spanning over 35 years, during which he has introduced and promoted various sports in India. He pioneered Free Tennis (similar to Pickleball) in the country in 2017, organizing extensive training workshops and compiling its rulebook. His leadership has been instrumental in conducting over 20 district, state, national, and international sports events across multiple disciplines in locations like Dubai, Hong Kong, Thailand, and India. As a player, captain, and coach, he has represented in over 50 championships at different levels in India, Azerbaijan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and beyond.

Additionally, he has trained over 20,000 players and coaches while holding key administrative roles in multiple sports federations, contributing to sports development and drafting official rulebooks and technical manuals.
