Originating from Northern Ghana, Mr. Miftah ABDUL-RAZA is instrumental in shaping the global trajectory of "The Pickleball World Federation" ("The PWF"). As Director General and Chief Financial Officer, elected in December 2024, his strategic financial management and leadership, underpinned by a strong background in accounting, finance, business management, and education, are vital to The PWF's success. Mr. Miftah's academic foundation, rooted in Northern School of Business in Tamale, blossomed at the University of Cape Coast, where he earned a Bachelor of Education in Accounting and Business Management, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Accounting. His early career, including an internship at the Controller and Accountant Generals’ Department and national service at Tamale Technical University, sharpened his practical skills. He further solidified his financial acumen as accountant for Hajia Zahara Enterprise, and currently, as an educator of Principles of Cost Accounting at Kumbungu Senior High School. As Director General, he has further propelled The PWF's establishment across global, continental, regional, and national platforms. As Chief Financial Officer, he laid the foundation for sound financial management by creating secure bank accounts and an efficient online banking system, implementing meticulous financial record-keeping procedures, and developing comprehensive budgets. Mr. Miftah’s commitment extends beyond finance and business. He currently plays an active role in shaping The PWF's strategic direction through his service on various key committees. Driven by a passion for community development, Mr. Miftah has mobilized dedicated volunteers and is actively working to promote The Pickleball World Federation's presence in Ghana. His unwavering dedication, marked by tireless effort and a wealth of knowledge, positions him as a driving force behind The PWF's ascent on the global stage.
